一、亚马逊请求评论功能
亚马逊【Request a Review】(请求评论)按钮,卖家使用此功能在订单商品送达日期后的 5 至 30 天内请求买家提供评论,每个订单可发送一次请求。
亚马逊官方释义:
1、如果您想请求买家对特定订单提供评论,我们建议您使用【订单详情】页面上的【请求评论】功能,而不是通过电子邮件或买家与卖家消息服务联系买家。
2、您使用上述功能请求评论时,我们会在一封电子邮件中同时请求买家对订单提供商品评论和卖家反馈。这些请求使用标准话术,且会自动翻译为买家的首选语言。
使用方法
