10.2Wish Express 订单延时确认妥投时，商户需承担全部

如果 Wish Express 订单违反 Wish Express 妥投要求（参见下文的规定）并发生退款，商户应承担100%退款责任。

Wish Express 支持的目的国/地区的妥投时限为自订单释放之日起5个工作日，以下情况除外：

法国：6个工作日
瑞士：6个工作日
丹麦：6个工作日
意大利：6个工作日
澳大利亚：7个工作日
巴西：10个工作日
芬兰：7个工作日
西班牙：8个工作日
波多黎各：7个工作日
挪威：8个工作日
墨西哥：7个工作日
瑞典：8个工作日

10.2Merchants will be responsible for any refunds of Wish Express orders when the orders are confirmed delivered late

If a Wish Express order violates the Express Delivery Requirement (set out below) and is refunded, the merchant is responsible for 100 % of the cost of any refund on that order.

The Wish Express Delivery Requirement is 5 business days from the order released date for all supported destination regions, with the following exceptions:

France: 6 business days
Switzerland: 6 business days
Denmark: 6 business days
Italy: 6 business days
Australia: 7 business days
Brazil: 10 business days
Finland: 7 business days
Spain: 8 business days
Puerto Rico: 7 business days
Norway: 8 business days
Mexico: 7 business days
Sweden: 8 business days
