Wish平台刊登产品政策介绍（上）

2.1上传产品时提供的信息必需精确

如果商户上架的产品的信息不精确，该产品可能会被移除，且相应的账户可能面临赔款或被暂停交易。

2.2严禁在Wish平台出售仿品

严禁在Wish上架仿品。若商户上架仿品，这些产品将被移除，且相应账户将面临赔款，可能还会被暂停交易。

2.3产品和产品详情页不得侵占他人的知识产权

产品和产品详情页不得侵占他人的知识产权。知识产权包含但不限于版权、商标和专利。商户有义务确保其产品和产品详情页不侵占知识产权，且wish商户平台勉励商户在产品上架前进行知识产权检讨。如果商户反复上架侵占他人知识产权的产品，则产品将被移除，且商户的账户将面临$500.00*或更高的赔款和/或暂停交易。

如果商户连续反复侵占他人的知识产权，其账户将面临高额赔款、暂停交易和/或终止服务的风险。

赔款仅可在其生成后的90个自然日内进行申诉和审批。如果赔款申诉未在其生成后的90个自然日内获批，赔款将不予撤销。

2.4产品详情页不得引诱用户分开Wish

如果商户上架的产品勉励用户分开Wish平台或联系Wish平台以外的店铺，产品将被移除，且其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

2.5严禁上架反复的产品

严禁多次上架相同的产品。相同尺码的产品必需列为一款产品。不得上传反复的产品。如果商户上传反复的产品，产品将被移除，且其账户将面临被暂停的风险。

2.6制止将产品更改为一个不同的产品

如果商户将产品详情页改动为一款不同的产品，则该产品将被移除，其账户将被处以更高$20.00*的赔款，且面临被暂停交易的风险。

赔款仅可在其生成后的90个自然日内进行申诉和审批。如果赔款申诉未在其生成后的90个自然日内获批，赔款将不予撤销。

2.7禁售品将被处以赔款

作为Wish商户，您有义务确保您的产品符合发货和收货地域的法规。如果产品被发觉违背Wish的禁售产品政策，商户将被处以赔款，且产品可能会被下架。依据违规的严重水平，赔款金额规模为a).每件违规产品$10.00至b).每件违规产品$250.00，外加违规产品累计所有订单的订单金额总额。此外，如果出售禁售产品，商户账户可能会被暂停。

订单金额为“数目x（商户设定价钱+商户设定运费）”。

如果包裹被发觉含有违背所有实用法律的产品，包含发货地 /地域（即出口地点）或目标地 /地域（即进口地点）的海关规定，商户可能将面临的赔款为物流服务商烧毁产品承担的实际费用。

赔款仅可在其生成后的90个自然日内进行申诉和审批。如果赔款申诉未在其生成后的90个自然日内获批，赔款将不予撤销。

2.1Informationprovidedduringproductuploadmustbeaccurate

Ifamerchantprovidesinaccurateinformationabouttheproducttheyarelisting,theproductcouldberemovedandtheaccountcouldfacepenaltiesorsuspension.

2.2CounterfeitproductsarestrictlyprohibitedonWish

ListingcounterfeitproductsonWishisnottolerated.Ifamerchantlistscounterfeitproductsforsale,theproductswillberemovedandtheiraccountwillfacepenaltiesandpossiblesuspension.

2. roductsandlistingsmaynotinfringeontheintellectualpropertyofothers

Productsandlistingsmaynotinfringeontheintellectualpropertyofothers.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto:copyright,trademarks,andpatents.MerchantsareresponsibleforensuringthattheirproductsandlistingsdonotinfringeandareencouragedtodoanIPclearancecheckbeforelistingproducts.Ifamerchantrepeatedlylistsproductsthatinfringeonothers’intellectualproperty,theproductswillberemovedandtheiraccountwillfacepossiblepenaltiesof$500.00*ormoreand/orsuspension.

Ifamerchantcontinuestorepeatedlyinfringeontheintellectualpropertyrightsofothers,theiraccountisatriskofhigherpenalties,suspensionand/ortermination.

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.

2.4ProductlistingsmaynotrefercustomersoffofWish

IfamerchantlistsaproductwhichencouragescustomerstoleaveWishorcontactastoreoutsideofWish,theproductwillberemovedandtheaccountriskssuspension.

2.5Listingduplicateproductsisprohibited

Listingthesameproductmultipletimesisprohibited.Productsofthesamesizeshouldbelistedasoneproduct.Duplicateproductsshouldnotbeuploaded.Ifamerchantuploadsduplicateproductstheproductswillberemovedandtheaccountriskssuspension.

2.6Modifyingaproductlistingfromitsoriginalproducttoanewproductisforbidden

Ifamerchantchangesaproductlistingintoanewproduct,theproductwillberemoved,theaccountwillbepenalizedupto$20.00*,andtheaccountwillbeatriskofsuspension.

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.

2.7Prohibitedproductlistingswillbepenalized

AsamerchantonWishyouareresponsibleforensuringthelegalcomplianceofyourproductsintheregionsyoushiptoandshipfrom.IfaproductlistingisdetectedtonotcomplywithWish’sProhibitedProductListingspolicies,themerchantmaybepenalizedandtheproductlistingmaybetakendown.Penaltiesrangefroma).$10.00perviolatingproducttob).$250.00perviolatingproductplusthetotalordervalueforallordersgeneratedbytheviolatingproductduringitslifetime,dependingontheseverityoftheviolation.Inaddition,themerchant’saccountmaybesuspendedforsellingprohibitedproducts.

Ordervalueisdefinedasquantity*(merchantprice+merchantshipping).

Ifapackageisfoundtocontainaproductthatdoesnotcomplywithallapplicablelaws,includingcustomsregulationsfortheorigincountry(i.e.locationofexport)ordestinationcountry(i.e.locationofimport),merchantsmaybepenalizedfortheactualcostsincurredbythecarriertodestroytheproduct.

Thepenaltycanonlybedisputedandapprovedwithin90calendardaysfromwhenthepenaltywascreated.Ifthepenaltydisputeisnotapprovedwithinthe90calendardayperiodfromwhenthepenaltywascreated,thepenaltywillnotbereversed.
