9.2.3账户付款资历

如果商户启用了以下要求启用的功能，则其账户将获得吸收付款的资历：

两步验证（要求所有商户账户启用）

微信绑定（仅要求中国内地商户账户启用）

如果某个账户未启用要求启用的功能，我们会暂扣该账户的付款。启用这些功能后，该账户将在下一个结款日收到付款。

9.2.4FBW(FulfillmentByWish)订单付款资历

FBW(FulfillmentByWish)订单将在被标志发货之日起的48小时内可付款。

9.2.5付款

Wish通常会每月两次就商户的合资历交易向商户付款。如果涌现以下情形，Wish可经其合理酌情决议修正此支付时间表：

(a)商户不遵照服务条款或本“费用和付款政策”；

(b)商户在付款周期内改换其支付服务商；

(c)商户遭到与商户应用本服务相关的第三方索赔、法律诉讼或 调查；

(d)Wish合理疑惑商户账户存在安全破绽、遭到黑客入侵或以其他方法受到损害；或

(e)Wish已向商户告诉不同的支付时间表。在向商户支付款项后，资金可能需要5-7个工作日方可达到您的商户或支付服务商账户。

可付款的商户账户余额在必定水平上基于Wish获得的某些信息估算。Wish无法保证向商户支付的付款金额与商户账户中显示的余额金额相同，且Wish对这两个金额之间的任何分别不承担负何义务。

9.2.5Disbursements

Wishgenerallywilldisbursepaymentstomerchantsfortheireligibletransactionstwicepermonth.Thisdisbursalschedulemaychange,atWish’sreasonablediscretion,if(a)themerchantisnotincompliancewiththeTermsofServiceortheseFeesandPaymentpolicies,(b)themerchantchangesitspaymentproviderduringapaymentcycle,(c)themerchantisinvolvedinathird-partyclaim,legalproceeding,orgovernmentalinquiryrelatedtothemerchant’suseoftheServices,(d)Wishreasonablysuspectsthatthemerchantaccounthassecurityvulnerabilities,hasbeenhacked,orotherwisehasbeencompromised,or(e)Wishhascommunicatedadifferentdisbursalscheduletothemerchant.Uponmakingapaymentdisbursaltothemerchant,itmaytake5-7businessdaysforthefundstoarriveinyourmerchantoryourprovider’saccount.

Merchantsaccountbalancesavailablefordisbursalareestimatesbased,inpart,oncertaininformationmadeavailabletoWish.Wishcannotguaranteethatthedisbursalamountmadetothemerchantwillbeidenticaltotheamountvisibletothemerchantdisplayedasitsaccountbalancewithinitsaccount,andWishshallnotbeliableforanydiscrepancybetweenthesetwoamounts.
