WishExpress订单政策

10.1WishExpress订单必需在订单释放之日起5个自然日内实行，并在订单释放之日起5个工作日内确认妥投（某些目标国/地域除外）

依据商户政策5.1，WishExpress订单必需在订单释放之日起5个自然日内实行（即标志发货）。WishExpress订单还必需在订单释放之日起5个工作日内确认妥投，不包含可能实用的例外情形。工作日是指周一到周五，周末和USPS邮政假期将不被视为工作日。

所有订单，包含WishExpress订单，均需遵照商户政策5.5-延时确认实行订单政策。

因商户无法实行而退款的订单将被视为发货前撤消订单，包含由于订单实行超时而主动退款的订单和商户因任何原因无法实行而发起的退款。

依据Wish的订单实行政策，商户因延时实行订单而导致主动退款，将被处以每个订单$50.00*的赔款；商户在实行订单之前自动撤消和/或退款的订单，每个订单将被处以$2.00*的赔款。

WishExpressordersmustbefulfilled(i.e.,marked“shipped”)within5calendardaysfromtheorder-releasedate,perMerchantPolicy5.1.WishExpressordersalsomustbeconfirmeddeliveredwithin5businessdaysfromtheorder-releasedate,subjecttoanyexceptionsthatmayapply.BusinessdaysaredefinedasMondaythroughFriday,andweekendsandUSPSPostalholidayswillnotbeconsideredbusinessdays.

Allorders,includingWishExpressorders,arealsosubjecttotheMerchantPolicy5.5-LateConfirmedFulfillmentPolicy.

Ordersrefundedduetomerchantsbeingunabletofulfillthemwillbeconsideredpre-fulfillmentcancellations,whichincludesbothauto-refundedordersduetolatefulfillmentandmerchant-initiatedrefundsduetomerchants’inabilitytofulfilltheordersforanyreason.

BasedonWishsFulfillmentPolicy,merchantswillbepenalized$50.00*perauto-refundduetolatefulfillment,and$2.00*permerchant-initiatedcancellationand/orrefundbeforefulfillment.
