1、wish商户必需遵照《欧盟市场监管法规(EU)2022/1020》中规定的各项责任，包含但不限于为销往相关地域的实用产品提供义务人

若商户因任何原因违背了《欧盟市场监管法规(EU)2022/1020》，则其产品可能会被制止在欧盟出售（包含但不限于相关产品/品类的曝光量被屏蔽）。此外，违规商户可能会见临赔款、账户暂停，以及监管机构、海关和/或Wish根据商户政策做出的其他惩处。

2、商户提供应Wish的义务人信息必需真实精确

若商户提供的产品义务人信息被认定为不精确或是虚伪信息，则其账户将面临更高500美元*的赔款，且账户可能被暂停，以及/或店铺曝光被屏蔽。

*此金额可按商户的本地货币盘算，且/或受商户政策11束缚。

IfamerchantisdeterminedtobeinviolationoftheMarketSurveillanceRegulation(EU)2022/1020foranyreason,theirproductsmayberestrictedforsaleintheEuropeanUnion(includingbutnotlimitedto,impressionblocksonapplicableproducts/productcategories).Additionally,theiraccountmayincurothermonetarypenaltiesand/orfacesuspension,inadditiontofacingotherpotentialrepercussionsbyeitherregulators,customsagents,and/orWishunderapplicableWishMerchantPolicies.
