对于在wish商户实行订单之前退款的订单,商户不会被付款。
要使订单具备付款资历,商户必需满足此地方述的订单付款资历要求,同时须在订单释放之日起5个自然日内完成以下操作:
实行已同意(“未退款”)的订单。
在Wish商户平台上,将已同意的订单标志发货。
为已同意的订单提供有效的物流单号。
已同意的订单是指未被退款且未发货的订单。如果商户完成以上三个程序,并满足此地方述的其他订单付款资历要求,即可获得订单付款资历。请记住,物流单号被视为有效的前提是在包裹运输流程中物流状况主动更新。如果物流单号显示产品一直在无限期运输流程中,则该物流单号将被视为无效。
如果在商户完成以上程序之前订单被退款,商户将无法获得订单付款。确保正在实行的订单未被退款是商户的义务,因为如果已同意的订单被退款,Wish会立即向商户发送电子邮件通知。商户不应实行已退款的订单,因为如果退款产生在订单实行完成之前,商户将无法获得付款。
为确保您能够获得付款,请依照上述程序尽快实行订单。

Anyorderthatisrefundedbeforethemerchanthasfulfilleditisnoteligibleforpayment.
Foranordertobeeligibleforpayment,amerchantmustmeetorderpaymenteligibilitycriteriaoutlinedhere,includingcompletingthefollowingstepswithin5calendardaysoftheorderreleaseddate:
Fulfilltheapproved(unrefunded)order.
Marktheapprovedorderas“shipped”ontheWishMerchantDashboard.
ProvideavalidtrackingIDfortheapprovedorder.
Anapprovedorderisanyorderthatisnotrefundedandhasnotyetbeenshipped.Ifthemerchantcompletesthesethreestepsandmeetsotherorderpaymenteligibilitycriteriaoutlinedhere,theirorderwillbeeligibleforpayment.PleasekeepinmindthatinorderforthetrackingIDtobeconsideredvalid,theshippingstatusshouldautomaticallyupdateasthepackageisintransit.IfthetrackingIDshowstheitemtobeintransitindefinitely,itisnotconsideredvalid.
Iftheorderisrefundedbeforethemerchantisabletocompletethesesteps,theywillnotbepaidfortheorder.Itisthemerchantsresponsibilitytoensurethatanordertheyarefulfillingisnotrefunded,asWishsendsthemerchantanemailnotificationassoonasanapprovedorderisrefunded.Merchantsshouldnotfulfillordersthathavebeenrefunded,astheywillnotbepaidiftherefundhasoccurredbeforefulfillmentiscomplete.
