为什么有些订单的地址可以验证,有些却不能?
如果用户的配送地址之前已经在其他订单中由用户验证或通过确认妥投物流跟踪信息进行验证,则“地址状况”将为“已验证”,这种情形下商户无需再发送验证申请。
如果我因期待用户验证配送地址消耗了时间,订单的实行时限是否会延伸?我是否会因为“延时确认实行”或“WishExpress延时妥投”而被处以赔款?
在某些情形下,可接收的订单实行时限更多可延伸48个小时(WishExpress订单为48个工作小时),明确商户是否要为“延时确认实行”和“WishExpress延时妥投”支付赔款时,也会思考这段延伸时间。商户可在订单>未实行的订单页面查看剩余的订单实行时限。通常,wish平台勉励商户尽快对未实行的订单采用恰当的操作。
我有一个订单正在期待用户验证配送地址,但剩下的实行时间已经不多,我该怎么办?
请至少留出48小时(WishExpress订单为48个工作小时)让用户核实配送地址。如果48小时后用户还未验证配送地址,而您能够确认并证明用户提供的配送地址无效和/或您的物流服务商无法完成配送,则可以思考退款。符合上述情形的订单或可免除撤消订单赔款,若发生赔款,则商户可以提出申诉。
如果用户验证了配送地址,但我的物流服务商仍然无法配送到该地址,我该怎么办?
如果用户已经验证配送地址,但您能够确认并证明用户提供的配送地址无效和/或您的物流服务商无法完成配送,则可以思考退款。符合上述情形的订单若发生撤消订单赔款,商户可以提出申诉。
