Wish商户平台墨西哥VAT介绍

墨西哥 出台的新税收改造法案要求Wish代扣墨西哥商户在Wish平台上的出售增值税(VAT)。具体来说，如果通过Wish平台售出的产品从墨西哥地址发货且收货地址（即目标地）位于墨西哥，则该产品的出售额需缴纳增值税。

关键提醒：商户的墨西哥联邦注册税号（RFC税号）将决议Wish从其出售额中收取增值税的方法。

自UTC时间2022年12月21日晚8时起，Wish将开端向符合上述增值税纳税要求的产品的订单代收墨西哥增值税（向用户展现的标价已包含16%的增值税)。如果您已提供有效的RFC税号，Wish将依据您的账户类型执行预扣和缴纳增值税过程：

企业（法人）账户：wish商户平台会将从您相关出售额中收取的全额增值税汇款给您，然后由您缴纳给墨西哥 。

“个人”（自然人）账户：wish商户平台会将从您相关出售中收取的增值税额的50%汇款给您，并建议您将其缴纳给墨西哥 。其余50%将由Wish直接缴纳给墨西哥 。

如果您尚未向Wish提供有效的RFC税号，Wish将从您的出售额中预扣全额增值税(16%)，并将其缴纳给墨西哥 。

Important:Merchants’RegistroFederaldeContribuyentesidentificationnumber(RFCID)willdeterminehowWishwillcollectVATfromyoursales.

EffectiveDecember21,20228:00PMUTC,WishwillbeginwithholdingMexicoVATonthesale(pricedisplayedtocustomersincludes16%VAT)ofproductsthatthemerchantsdomiciledinMexicohaveofferedtocustomersinMexicowheneverVATisapplicable.IfyouprovidedyourvalidRFCIDtoWish:

AsaBusiness(personamoral):100%ofcollectedVATfromyoursaleswillberemittedtoyou,whichyoucansubsequentlyremittotheMexicangovernment.

AsanInpidual(personafísica):50%ofcollectedVATfromyoursaleswillberemittedtoyouthatyouareadvisedtoremittotheMexicangovernment.Theother50%willberemitteddirectlytotheMexicangovernmentbyWish.

IfyouhavenotprovidedyourvalidRFCIDtoWish,youshouldexpectthat100%ofcollectedVATonyoursales(16%)willbewithheldandremittedtotheMexicangovernmentbyWish.
