当页面跳转至“验证我的店铺”页面后，点击“开端”，开端验证您的店铺。

2、在下拉菜单中，选择店铺的所在地 /地域。若您在Wish平台上以个体商户的身份经营店铺，则所在地 /地域是指您拥有固定合法住址或永久居所的 或地域。若您是企业商户，则所在地 /地域是指拥有并经营您的Wish店铺的注册公司的所在 或地域。选择的所在地 /地域不准确将会导致出售税无法得到妥当处置。请注意，在此页面上选择所在地 /地域后将无法再更改。

3、选择所在地 /地域后，页面将提醒您输入店铺的办公地址。请注意，您的办公地址应位于您选择的所在地 /地域内。

4、接下来，您需要提供电话号码来验证店铺。我们将向您提供的手机号码发送验证码，请在电话号码下方的字段中输入验证码，以持续店铺验证过程。

5、输入验证码并验证您的电话号码后，您可以持续店铺验证过程。

6、选择账户类型：个体商户或企业商户。依据您选择的账户类型，体系会要求您提供相应的身份证明。

7、如果您选择“个体商户”，体系会要求您提供全名和身份证明。身份证明必需是 签发的证明，且上传的文件应清晰显示您的全名以及此前选择的所在地 /地域。

8、如果您选择“企业商户”，体系会要求您提供企业的主要联系人的全名。主要联系人将被视为商户账户持有人，其应能够代表公司提供注册信息，并应用相应商户账户进行付款和退款等交易行动。您还需要提供企业/公司的名称和身份证明。身份证明须包括公司名称，以及此前选择的所在地 /地域。可接收的身份证明示例包含：

10、在您提交店铺验证申请后，Wish将在2个工作日内进行处置和审核。您可以通过商户平台上的“账户”>“设置”>“商户材料”，随时查看店铺验证申请的状况。在“验证状况”下，还可以查看“提交日期”，即您提交店铺验证申请的具体日期。

11、若您的店铺验证申请已审核通过，在“商户材料”页面，验证状况将显示为“已验证”。对于部分商户而言，这表现您已解除出售额限制，您的产品将坚持上架状况，并可以在Wish使用中销售。您的店铺通过验证后，您还可以应用其他商户功能，以提高拓展业务。

Validatingyourstorehelpsensurethesecurityofyouraccountandmayunlockcertainmerchantsfeatures.Insomecases,yoursalesmaybelimitedandstoresimpressionsmayberestricteduntilyourstoreisvalidated.ThisFAQaddressesthestepsinthestorevalidationprocess.

1、Whenyouaredirectedtothe“Validatemystore”page,Click“GetStarted”tobeginvalidatingyourstore.

2、Fromthe downmenu,selectacountry/regionofdomicileforyourstore.IfyouareaninpidualmerchantsellingonWish,thecountry/regionofdomicileisthecountryorplacewhereyouhaveafixedlegaladdressorpermanentresidence.Ifyouareabusinessmerchant,thecountry/regionofdomicileisthecountryorstateofincorporationfortheregisteredcompanyowningandoperatingyourWishstore.Declaringanincorrectcountry/regionofdomicilewillresultinincorrecttaxtreatmentofyoursales.Pleasenotethatyourselectionwillbepermanentaftermakingaselectiononthispage.

3、Afterselectingacountry/regionofdomicile,youwillbeaskedtoenterabusinessaddressforyourstore.Notethatyourbusinessaddressshouldbelocatedwithinyourcountry/regionofdomicile.

4、Thenextinformationyouwillneedtoprovidetovalidateyourstoreisyourphonenumber.Averificationcodewillbesenttothephonenumberthatyouprovide,whichwillneedtobeenteredinthefieldbelowyourphonenumberinordertocontinuewiththestorevalidationprocess.

5、Onceyouhaveenteredthecodesenttoyourphoneandverifiedyourphonenumber,youmaycontinuewiththerestofthestorevalidationprocess.

6、Selectyouraccounttypebasedonwhetheryouareaninpidualmerchantorbusinessmerchant.Youwillbeaskedtoprovideproofofidentitybasedontheaccounttypeyouchoose.

7、Ifyouselected“inpidualmerchant”asyouraccounttype,youwillbeaskedtoprovideyourfullnameandproofofidentity.Yourproofofidentitymustbeagovernment-issuedformofidentificationthatclearlyshowsyourfullnameandthecountry/regionofdomicilethatyouselectedearlierinthestorevalidationprocess.

8、Ifyouselected“businessmerchant”asyouraccounttype,youwillbeaskedtoprovidethefullnameofaprimarycontactpersonforyourbusinesswhoisconsideredthemerchantaccountholder.Theprimarycontactpersonshouldbeabletoprovideregistrationinformationonbehalfofthecompanyandshouldhavetheabilitytoinitiatetransactions(suchasdisbursementsandrefunds)onthemerchantaccount.Youwillalsobeaskedtoprovideacompanynameandproofofidentityforyourbusiness/company.Acceptableproofofidentityshouldincludeyourcompanynameandthecountry/regionofdomicileyouselectedearlierinthestorevalidationprocess.Examplesofacceptableproofofidentityincludethefollowing:

10、Afteryouhavesubmittedyourstorevalidationrequest,itwillbeprocessedandreviewedbyWishwithin2businessdays.YoumayviewthestatusofyourstorevalidationapplicationanytimebynavigatingtoAccount>Settings>SellerProfileontheMerchantDashboard.Under“Validationstatus”youcanalsoviewthe“Submittedon”datewhichindicatesexactlywhenyousubmittedyourstorevalidationapplication.

11、Ifyourstorevalidationrequestissuccessful,youwillseeyourValidationstatusmarkedas“Validated”onyourSellerProfile.Forsomemerchants,thismeansthatyouhaveunlockedunlimitedsalesandyourproductswillremainenabledandavailableforsaleintheWishapp.Nowthatyourstoreissuccessfullyvalidatedyoumayalsohaveaccesstoadditionalmerchantfeaturestofurthergrowyourbusiness.

12、Ifyourstorevalidationrequestisunsuccessful,youwillseeyourValidationstatusmarkedas“Rejected”onyourSellerProfilealongwithalistofitemsthatdidnotmeetthecriteriaforsuccessfulstorevalidation.Insomecases,productswillremaindisableduntilyoutrysubmittingyourstorevalidationrequestagainbyclicking“Validatestoreagain”andprovidingthecorrectnecessaryinformationforvalidatingyourstore.
