行骗者会创立虚伪邮箱账号来冒充Wish员工，以吸引收件者回复或者点击链接或附件，或提供秘密信息（包含任何账户的密码、验证码、API浏览令牌或API客户端密钥）。此类邮件通常包括以下内容：

要求提供密码或验证码

在商户平台之外提供付费服务

如果您收到来自“Wish员工”或其他任何人的信息，要求您提供密码、验证码、API浏览令牌或API客户端密钥，请勿直接回复，因为Wish 不会通过电子邮件或除受保护的商户平台（例如“商户平台”网站）以外的交流渠道向商户索要以下信息：

Wish商户密码

个人邮箱、银行或其他账号的密码

验证码

API浏览令牌

API客户端密钥

如何举报可疑的讹诈邮件或信息？

如果您收到可疑的邮件或信息，要求您提供密码、验证码、API浏览令牌或API客户端密钥，但您无法明确该邮件是否合法，您应当立即向我们举报。以下是举报方法：

首先，不重点击邮件中的任何链接或打开任何附件。

将可疑邮件信息以附件的形式发至merchant_support@wish.com(GeneralSupport)或merchant-support@wish.com(CNGeneralSupport)，以便我们开展提高调查。
