How are penalty points issued?
Penalty points may be issued to sellers who do not meet the minimum standards that buyers expect. This alerts sellers on potential areas for improvement.
Your performance is measured weekly and updated on Mondays. Any penalty points issued are also updated on the same day.
Definitions
Non- rate (NFR): The percentage of orders (out of total orders) that were either cancelled or returned in the past 7 days.
Late shipment rate (LSR): The percentage of orders (out of total orders) that were shipped late in the past 7 days.
