什么是知识产权（IP）侵权？

侵犯知识产权是指未经商标所有人的授权而销售包含的产品。

这包括但不限于：

1. 假冒产品或现有官方产品的复制品。

2. 从未由特定品牌生产的产品。

3. 未经商标所有者授权，在产品本身，包装或任何与产品相关的营销材料上包含的产品。

4. 未经商标所有者授权，与其他产品具有相似性的产品（例如，带有或不带有更改徽标的品牌商品的复制品）。

What is Intellectual Property (IP) rights infringement?

IP rights infringement is the sale of products containing registered trademarks without authorisation from the trademark owner.

Note

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Products that are fake or replicas of an existing official product.

2. Products that have never been produced by a specific brand.

3. Products that contain a registered trademark on the product itself, its packaging or on any product-related marketing materials without the authorisation of the trademark owner.

4. Products that bear similarities with other products (e.g. a replica of a branded item with or without altered logos) without the authorisation of the trademark owner.
