合同中的托收条款-ESG跨境

现将合同中有关托收条款举例说明如下:

1.即期付款交单

例如:买方应凭卖方开具的即期跟单汇票，于见票时立即付款，付款后交单。

2.远期付款交单

例如:买方对卖方开具的见票后45天付款的跟单汇票，于提醒时应即予承兑，并应于汇票到期日即予付款，付款后交单。(Thebuyersshalldulyacceptthedocumentarydraftbythesellersat45dayssightuponfirstpresentationandmakepaymentonitsmaturity.Theshippingdocumentsaretobedeliveredagainstpayment.)

3.承兑交单

例如:凭付款日为提单装船日后60天的汇票付款，承兑交单。(Paymentbydraftpayable60daysafteronboardB/Ldate,documentsagainstacceptance.)
