如何询问外贸客户对样品满意度?
样品寄走后,不仅要告诉客人寄样的时光,还要供给快递单号,以便客户在须要的时候查询。当然,己方也要时刻查询快递情形,何时签收。一旦签收,就须要及时跟进,懂得情形,如样品是否满意,哪里有缺点,哪里须要改良,是否须要重新打样,这样能力有的放矢,有针对性地进展下去。
