做跨境电商的卖家有时候会遇到由于库存预算涌现不足导致买家下单后无法发货,这个时候我们要如何与买家沟通能力下降丧失呢?卖家们可以给买家发送一封邮件来让买家撤消订单,必定要注意态度和语气。自动撤消订单对卖家来说是不利的,因此我们须要和买家好好沟通,下降丧失。模板如下:

Sorry,as this item is out of stock now,we have no choice but to cancel your this order.
