1、买家咨询中国疫情的影响？（是否很严重等）

回复思路：重要强调国度疫情重要集中在武汉地域，国度已经采用强有力的办法管控，并得到各国以及WHO的确定，会越来越好，信任国度的力气。

参考话术：

回复思路：其实很多用户也知道是因为疫情的影响，所以扼要正面的回复用户该问题即可。

参考话术：

5、买家不想期待，想要撤消订单。

回复思路：首先感激用户的订单，并表达懂得，须要说明自己无法发货是由于春节假期的问题，很多工厂及物流公司还未复工。然后依据自己的实际情形恰当安抚买家，为买家建立信念，可恰当地给出补偿，让用户持续期待，无需撤消订单，如果买家执意撤消，直接引诱撤消订单即可。
