品牌名称

To provide a great customer experience, sellers have to ensure the ASIN title, brand name, images, feature bullets and product description accurately describe the ink or toner product being listed. Failure to follow Amazon’s listing guidelines could result in the removal of your listings or the loss of your selling privileges on Amazon. Please follow the below listing specifications as closely as possible, and please see Selling Ink or Toner Cartridges for details about category requirements, and to learn how to categorize your ink or toner products on Amazon.

Title

A good title should be descriptive enough for a customer to make the purchase based on the information in the title alone. Avoid marketing content (free, exclusive, bonus, stylish, lightweight, heavy duty, etc.) or use of the title field to list hardware compatibility. Pay attention to title formats listed below for Remanufactured, Refilled and Compatible products to ensure appropriate usage of brand names.

Brand Name

Do not use trade names or brand names in a way that would mislead customers about the source of your product. Refilled, remanufactured, and compatible products should list the remanufacturer or "Generic" as the brand name.

For example, if the product title is: Sophia Global Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for HP 61 (2 Black), then the brand name should read either:

• by Generic

Images

Upload individually or as batches through Seller Central.

Primary images should be jpeg or tiff, at least 1000 pixels by 1000 pixels, and up to 3000 pixels by 3000 pixels to take full advantage of zoom.

Images for branded ink or toner should display the actual product in front of a package, and both should be on a white background. Images for non-branded ink or toner should display only the actual product on a white background. If the product is white, use a drop shadow to offset it.

You can use up to 8 alternate images, and we recommend doing so. Alternate images should feature the product in use and close-ups of important features.

Write bullets in sentence case, and with no period at the end. Each bullet has a 256-character maximum, including spaces.

Product description

Be concise, honest, and friendly. Focus on your product's unique properties. Don't mention competitors. Mention the best applications for the product.

Use the Product Description section when you want to list printers or hardware that your product is compatible with.

Note: As the newer models become available, your information might become out of date if you do not commit to making regular updates.

Also note other product limitations (such as potential set-up issues or common error messages customer may encounter when using the listed cartridge with their printer).

Example: "You'll want to have one of these on hand when that toner light starts flashing; just snap this black toner cartridge into place and you'll be up and running again.
